3. I completed an offer but did not receive credit for it.

Depending on the offer, it may take 15 days or longer for credit to appear in your account for an offer that you completed.

PLEASE NOTE: You will not receive credit for credit card offers, unless your credit application has been approved and you have made at least one purchase with the associated credit card.

If you did not receive credit for an offer that was completed more than 15 days ago, please provide the following information to us in the space provided below:

FreePay User ID Number (aka Referral ID Number)
First and Last Name
Mailing Address
Offer Confirmation ID Number (if known)
Name of Offer
Exact or Estimated Offer Completion Date
(NOTE: We will not review credit offer inquiries that are less than 15 days old.)

We also recommend copying and pasting your order confirmation email to us if available. Upon receipt of this information, we will contact the appropriate offer provider to ensure that you have completed an offer with them. This verification process by the offer provider can take up to 30 days. If successful verification is received by us, we will manually apply credit to your account for that particular offer.
