If you have completed all of the requirements, you will then need to request that your account undergo an approval process by our Fraud Prevention Department.
Here are the steps that need to be completed:
1. You have created an account, completed an online offer and your account shows that you have completed an offer on the "Status" page.
2. You have referred the minimum number of people required (per the site's Terms and Conditions) who have also successfully completed at least one online offer each.
3. Select the button "Submit for Approval" on the "Status" page.
4. Upon receipt of your "Approval Request", our Fraud Prevention Department will check and review that your account has successfully met the offer requirements specific to the FreePay website that you joined. If your account meets their approval, you will have the ability to place an order in the “Status” page by selecting the "Redeem Here" button.
PLEASE NOTE: The approval process by our Fraud Prevention Department can take up to 30 days or longer.
